- In a small saucepan, warm the butter, cream and milk until butter is just melted. Do not let it boil. Set aside until lukewarm.
- In separate bowl, combine warm water, yeast and white sugar. Stand for 10 minutes or until frothy

- Combine flour, caster sugar and salt in stand mixer. Make a well in the centre

- Line a round 8in cake tin.
- When the dough has risen, punch it down by throwing the dough onto a lightly floured bench top. Do not knead or add more flour as this will toughen the dough.
- Roll out the dough to a large rectangle, about 65x40cm. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and scatter the sultanas. Roll up lengthways to form a log.
- Cut log into 5cm sections. Even distribute into prepared tin in a circular fashion, cut side up, leaving 1cm between each one.
- Brush with the extra melted butter and evenly sprinkle the streusel topping.
- Cover with tea towel and allow to rise for a further 2 hours or until double in volume.
- Preheat the oven to 170c and bake for 45min or until skewer comes out clean.
- Serve warm or cover with tea towel until cool
