- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions to make to make Odisha'sThali
- Heat a pan add ghee put carrot,cauliflower,beans and potato little fry all.
- Now add milk,& green peas &salt mix it well.
- Whenever it's cook nicely add apple, grape, cashew nut,2 tbsp curd mix well &cover it.
- After 5 mints add cream mix it well on high flame.Than add blackpepper mix it well.Off the flame.Navratan curry is ready.
- Heat a pan add oil put whole garam masala,sauted,than add ginger paste & redchillipowder cooked nicely,add little water.
- Add turmeric powder,& cuminpowder cooked nicely.
- Add tomato &coconut paste,greenchilli&corriender leaves cooked nicely.
- Add paneer & cooked 5 mints.
- Add curd mix it well,cooked 2 mints.
- Ready the paneer kallhapuri.
