- When the vegetables and fruits are cooked, add jaggery to it and cook till no water remains.
- Add coconut milk, grinded coconut paste and curd to the vegetable mixture and boil.
- When the mixture boils, turn off the flame and add grapes to it.
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds to it. When the mustard seeds splutter, add red chillies and curry leaves and roast. Add this seasoning to the pachadi.
