Steps to make to make Mocktails

  1. First wash, peel and cut the fruits in cubes and take a slice of each fruit aside for top up or decoration
  2. Take apart of fruit cubes aside for putting into the mocktails..and rest part blend in a mixture blender and freeze
  3. Take clean glasses and put ice(cubes or crushed),powder sugar and black salt
  4. In Kiwi mocktail ;put Kiwi pulp,concentrated Kiwi syrup (if available),lemon and Sprite & Kiwi pieces
  5. In mango mocktail; pour concentrated syrup, mango pulp, lemon juice and soda water
  6. In water melon drink ; put water melon pulp, lemon juice,Sprite and grape juice
  7. In Blue (Indian black berry) mocktail ; jamun pulp mix with baking soda, appe fizz, jamun pieces and Sprite over it..make 2 skewers by pricking the jamun pieces and set in both of jamun mocktails
  8. In jamun with lemon mocktail ; put Indian black berry (jamun) pulp, lemon juice, appe fizz, lemon slices and Sprite over it
  9. In orange Mocktail ; pour a little quantity of litchi juice,black grape juice, sprite, orange juice, orange slices & Sprite over it
  10. Mocktails r ready
  11. Serve chilled instantly
