  1. Fresh fruits
  2. 1/2 sliced mango
  3. 1/2 sliced apple
  4. 1 kiwi
  5. 50 gms grapes
  6. 500 ml milk
  7. 1 tsp vanilla essence
  8. 2 tbsp condensed milk
  9. 2 tsp cornflower
  10. 3 tbsp sabja seeds
  11. 50 gm Vermicelli
  12. 200 gm strawberry jelly
  13. 200 gm lime jelly
  14. 2 scoop strawberry flavoured ice cream
  15. as needed chopped almonds and raisens
  16. As needed mint leaves (optional)

Steps to make to make Rainbow Falooda

  1. At first boil milk, add cornflower and stir properly to avoid forming of any lumps, add condensed milk and vanilla essence into it to make it custard or you can use custard powder as well. Once the milk is thick, keep in a refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
  2. Boil vermicelli into hot water. Once vermicelli is soft, drain the hot water. Keep aside the vermicelli to cool down. Need to soak sabja seeds (sweet basil seed) into tap water. Cut all the fruits into small pieces
  3. Take a long neck glass cup, at first put the soaked sabja seeds, vermicelli, cold custard, jelly (two different colours: green-life flavored & red-strawberry flavored), fruits pieces. You can again repeat the ingredients layers until it reached up to the level of the cup. The order of the ingredients can be customized according to the individual’s choice and taste. Note: Jelly is available at grocery store or can be made at home with jelly powder.
  4. Finally, it can be garnish with a scoop of ice-cream at the top of the falooda and sprinkle some nuts and raisins.
