  19. 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  20. 1/2 Tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  21. 1 Tbsp Sweet Tamarind Chutney
  22. 1 Tbsp Coriander Chutney
  23. 1 Tsp Pomegranate Seeds
  24. 1 Tsp Fresh Coriander
  25. 1 Tsp Nylon Sev

  27. For Fruit Chaat
  28. Teaspoon Kala Namak
  29. 1/2 Teaspoon Kali Mirch

  1. For bhallas Soak Urad Dal for 6 to 8 hours. Add water and grind into fine paste. Add Hing, Salt and Ginger and Green Chilli Paste to the paste and mix well. Heat Oil. Take small ball size of this mix and leave in oil.
  2. Deep fry on medium until golden brown. Soak in cold water for 15 minutes.
  3. For Papri Chaat Take yogurt in a bowl. Add Water, Black Salt and Sugar. Whisk to blend everything well. Dip Papris in this yogurt for 20 seconds. Dont leave it for too long or else the papris will get soggy.
  4. For Bhalla Papadi Chaat Make a bed of soaked Papris. Crush a Bhalla on it. Add two layers of yogurt. Add some boiled Potatoes.
  5. Add some boiled Channa. Add Black Salt, Red Chilli Powder and Roasted Cumin Powder. Add Sweet Tamarind Chutney and Coriander Chutney.
  6. Repeat the layers of Yogurt, Black Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, Sweet Tamarind Chutney and Coriander Chutney.
  7. Add few Pomegranate Seeds, Fresh Coriander and Nylon Sev Finally top it with thinly sliced Ginger. Enjoy this delicious mouth watering and filling snack any time.Fill some ready to fry golgappas with chopped potatoes,Chutneys,Curd and pomegranate seeds and serve with Chaat.
  8. For Fruits Chaat Dice all the fruits. I have used 2 bananas, 1 apple, 1 pear and pomegranate seeds.You can add any fruit of your choice.
  9. Mix the fruits in a bowl and add Kala Namak, Kali Mirch, Chaat Masala and Roasted Cumin Powder. Also sprinkle 1 tsp lemon juice.
  10. Mix all the ingredients together. Fruit Chaat is ready. Refrigerate for 10 mins and serve it chilled.
