Steps to make to make Tuvar kachori and fruit salad

  1. For kachori, first wash and crush tuvar dana.
  2. Now take a pan and add 2 t spoon oil and add mustard seeds. Let them crackled and add hing now add crushed tuvar and add all the spices..
  3. Let the crushed tuvar cooked for 5 to 7 minute on slow flame.stir it within 2 2 minutes.
  4. Now take 1 bowl wheat flour. Make a dough like Roti's dough. Add salt and oil only.
  5. Now take a small part of dough roll like puri and put that crushed tuvar between the puri.
  6. Now close the dough like show in photo.
  7. Fry this stuffed kachori in deep fry oil.
  8. For fruit salad, first take all milk and boil it when it is come to boil add 2 small cup sugar. Now take another one cup, take 2 t spoon of milk in it now add 2 t spoon custard powder in it. And add this custard milk in whole bulk of milk.
  9. Now again boil milk 3 to 4 times.now add elaichi. And stirr it till it will become cold or come on room temperature otherwise there will come malai on the upper side of milk
