- 1 tsp cardamom powder

- Soak Sabhudana overnight in water to get it soft.
- Take few cashews and dry grapes and fry it in a pan with ghee.

- When sugar syrup get boils add one tsp of salt, cardomam powder and food colour if you want.
- Mix it well and after 2 minutes add the soaked sabhudhana in the pan and add some corn flour in to the mixture.
- Mix the mixture by adding some ghee to it till it forms as a paste and add cashews at last.
- Take the halwa after mixing and serve hot with cashews on top.
